We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist

What to do: Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns; develop campaign messaging; plan and execute email acquisition and engagement campaigns; work together with the marketing team to optimise digital campaigns; monitor campaigns and suggest improvements; provide support for direct mail and online campaigns; generate reports and presentations for senior managers and provide insights on the overall marketing strategy;

Requirements: BA in Marketing or Economics; Strong interest for marketing and online marketing; Good analytical skills; Proficiency in Excel and Power Point; Good or fluent English; Good organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time; Strong communications and interpersonal skills; Proactivity and problem-solving; Ability to work in team; CRM, Hubspot and other tools is a plus.
