Investor services

Our experienced team provides sales, trading and corporate broking/finance. Our approach focuses on specialist or differentiated mandates, including Quoted Equity, Private Equity, Infrastructure, Property, Debt and other Alternative Assets.

Providing the link between companies, existing shareholders and potential investors, our team works closely with each of our corporate clients to devise a bespoke investor relations plan as well as providing market intelligence and advice. We enable the investment community to gain a better understanding of a company’s business model, governance, financial performance and prospects. Our team also arranges conferences and events, Capital Markets days and bespoke reverse roadshows for US, Asian and European investors.

With a client base covering a broad range of institutional investors, family offices and private client wealth managers we provide UK and overseas companies with a comprehensive suite of services enabling them to gain access to an international investor base.
