Position title

Fixed Income Broker/Dealer

Description

Looking for an experienced (2 years minimum) Fixed Income Broker/Dealer capable of executing business in the bond market through direct enquiries to the extensive range of counterparties of the company, through automated trading venues and OTC. He will also help growing the business and expand the institutional clients base of the company. The candidate will initially be ready to work independently as he builds a team of 2 to 3 individuals. The package will be biased on performance.

Qualifications

Excellent written and oral communication and analytical skills
Strong time management skills
Ability to create and maintain organization of many ongoing initiatives
Extensive knowledge of the main electronic trading and analytical platforms (Bloomberg, Tradeweb, market Access, etc..)
Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
2-5 years in a Fixed Income Front Office and/or Brokerage business
Strong Fixed Income and Equities product knowledge
Familiarity with US and European banks and Broker/Dealer entities
Strong demonstrated results in brokerage in the Fixed Income market
