Press Release – Pairstech Capital Management approved by CONSOB

London, 30th July 2021

Pairstech Capital Management LLP is pleased to announce that as of 28th of July 2021 it has received approval from the Italian regulator Consob as Third Country Investment Firm, in order to perform, inter alia, Portfolio Management and Advisory Services vis-à-vis professional clients ex lege.

After the uncertainty brought by Brexit to the financial industry in Europe, the authorization allows Pairstech Capital Management to carry out its licensed activities in Italy and strengthens Pairstech Capital Management presence in Europe.

Pairstech Capital Management LLP and its holding company Aleph Finance Group Plc, a company listed on the Euronext Paris, welcome such authorization that comes at the height of a restructuring and evolutionary process being carried out by the newly appointed executives, with the essential support of all the colleagues and partners that have worked with us since 2007.
